so this seventh house moon can highlight problems I'm having within an intimate or business relationships. It is likely I cannot see things as they truly are because my imagination has taken over reality.

So,
I'll just go back to reading my book and let my imagination be in charge for the day.

Aquarius - High Energy Day

So today is a high energy day for Aquarius'

I thought I was feeling extra energetic. I got up early, took the dog out, made the bed, did a load of laundry, and now I'm blogging!!

I have been pondering thinking about designs for some scarves. I'd like to have a couple easy, a couple medium, and maybe one challenging (or advanced intermediate). So I have been knitting little swatches and scribbling on my graph paper.

I know, I know, you are probably asking what happened to working on the UFOs?! They are still percolating. But I have set a goal (so this is my challenge, right?) to have these scarves ready by Oct.

So since today is such a high energy day, I should be able to whip out at least two or three patterns, right?... right?

Jumping Around

So... today my horoscope says that I may not have a method for getting things done and do well by jumping from one project to another in whatever order I am so moved. BUT, today it will not work well for me. I'd be better off making a list and working my list in the order I write it down.

Not another "list"!!!! You know how I love "lists." I am definitely a "list" maker. And I like following "rules" but I do tend to jump around from one knitting project to another depending on what I'm in the mood to knit.

Maybe that is why I have more than one knitting project, more than one book I'm reading, more than one needlepoint project, and lists laying all over the place! I try to be fairly organized (I think I am) so when I make a list I usually know where that list is located. For example, a list of knitting patterns I want to swatch is placed in my craft room on the bookshelf. I will know (if I can remember) where that list is located when I want to make a swatch of a new knitting pattern.

My grocery list is in the kitchen on the counter. (that one is hard to lose!) My weekly recipe list is on another counter in the kitchen. My book list is in my purse (just in case I go to the book store). I could go on about lists but I won't bore you further about lists. Instead, I'll just ramble on about some knitting projects I'm jumping around working on.

Today I will tempt Mercury and Mars moving into my space by NOT making a list and just jump around knitting first on my Undulating Waves Scarf. Then I'll jump around to taking pictures of the fingerless gloves I've test knitted and I'll post them at Ravelry. I'll then jump around to my She-Knits Mystery KAL bag and work on clue two. I did wind my yarn to start the Entomology Wrap so I may have to jump around to that one and give it a start (hehe). I can also jump around to another pair of fingerless gloves I'm working on and knit a few rounds. Oh, I suppose I should jump around to fixing some lunch today.

Lunch today will be an easy fix for me. I just have to "jump around" the kitchen preparing the asparagus for the grill. We're grilling baby back ribs today and asparagus. I've already "jumped around" some this morning and the cucumber tomato salad is ready.

Speaking of jumping around ... I guess I've jumped around to blogging! now off to jumping to the next project!! (maybe some internet surfing?!)

Talking ok and maybe some romance?!

So yesterday's horoscope said it was ok to talk, ha!

But then it said, "You should be aware that you might not be able to do everything just the way you'd like today." yikes! (I am a control freak ya know)

Well, I managed to do somethings the way I wanted... socks... ok. But, then in the afternoon there was a fingerless glove/mitt I started that I'm not sure the needle size is correct. (It's lookin' kinda small) (Yes, I did a gauge swatch) So I put it down. I then proceeded to finish a dishcloth.

So today's horoscope says, "It could turn out to be a very good time for enjoying a romantic evening at home."

I have a knitting class tonight. Maybe the romance part comes afterwards?!

Watch what you say...

... or at least I need too.

According to my horoscope for yesterday, I needed to watch what I said and stay home to stay out of trouble! Did I? NO.

We did laundry, had the oil changed in the truck, truck washed, went to a movie (Street Fighter), walked through Walmart, and had dinner at Chili's. But I was mindful of conversation and when not conversing, I read.

So I managed to get through yesterday with no communication problems!!

On to today...today's horoscope: You are often one who swings into action before considering the impact you can have on others. Today, however, it's your words that can affect your friends and associates more than you realize.

I think today I'll just stay home and knit (and maybe read) until tomorrow. The prediction has to be better, right?
