... a finished sock!! and you can see the second sock has been started.I was a bit worried that this sock would be too small for me but I tried it on and it fits! Yea! So on to knitting the second one.
Even though I like the pattern I'm not too crazy about the dutch heel turn. And of course, yellow is not my color. So the next pair will NOT be yellow... maybe blue...

Oooo, purty! Are you doing Socktoberfest? I'm thinking about it -- have a few socks hanging around that need mates ;-). Plus, I'm really liking some of the Paton's Kroy self striping yarns in pretty soft fall/winter colors. Bet they'd make up really well in your basic sock pattern that I love so much.

I think you'll look very lemonly..I mean loverly in yellow! I really like that pattern and I'll take a pair in any color...I'm not picky!
How beautiful!!! I love the heel. Quite an interesting pattern and the yellow just suits (I'm not a big yellow fan either, but this works!!!)
