I really enjoy my knitting machines, but I find if I don't knit on them for a long time, I get out of the rhythm and I mess up a lot. But it sure speeds things up when you get going. I just bought the Fair Isle carriage for my LK150.
My grandmother taught me embroidery when I was eight. When I was ten, she taught me to crochet. I learned to knit (not well) in junior high. In the 70's, needlepoint became my next art. It was while living in Italy, my English friend started me knitting again. Knitting has been my passion ever since.
