Seduce: to win over; attract

Yarn seduces me with her siren call. "Pick me! Pick me!" I am hopelessly enchanted by yarn and am delighted by the endless choices.

WIP Wednesday

... on a Thursday

There was some trouble loading clue 4 for Hagrid's Motorcycle socks (red). So... while waiting... I started the Solid Sock Group Sep/Oct Mystery sock (blue).

The clue was finally loaded but since it took so long, they also loaded clue 5. So now I can finish Hagrid's socks. I'm about 4 inches shy of finishing the foot & toe on the first sock. Meanwhile, clue 2 has come out for the blue sock.

In other news, I pulled some DMC threads for a Christmas stocking I need to start stitching.

I remember you mentioning and I noticed in this picture, that you use little circulars for your socks. I have a 9" hiya hiya that I'd like to try to use with socks. Do you have any suggestions?

I like the look of those red socks. Kind of brick-y.

You are such an accomplished sock knitter. One of these days....I keep telling myself.

In response to your email, yes, DH did like his boot ;) So much so, that we went back and got another one!

Love the socks -- you're the undisputed queen! I got a late start on the Hagrid's (kind of complicated pattern I thought?). Anyhoo, then I got distracted by other 'stuff', but I'm inspired to get back to them after seeing how great yours are looking (not to say mine will turn out so well ^v^).
