No resolutions... just a few plans (you know I'm such a planner)...
I will work on my wips and try to finish at least half of them. (This one should be easy because most of the wips are socks waiting for mates.)
Add to my sock drawer. (yes, again. I learned. If I don't add a couple pairs of socks to my drawer every year, then I have few socks when all my socks wear out at the same time. AND I know I'll make socks and give some away.)
Knit myself a sweater. Yes, the sweater I've talked about for two years! (This one is already scheduled. Every Wednesday is set aside to work on the "The Sweater")
Learn a new technique. (I bought a book on Entrelac. I've always been fascinated by entrelac and the woven look. Especially when I saw a pair of socks using this technique! These and these. And how lucky! I have the magazines!!)
Work on the TGKA Master Knitter Program. (I've set aside Thursday mornings to work on this one)
Sounds like a good list. And I know there will be other knitting projects added throughout the year. For example... I already have two knitting classes scheduled to teach. And there are plans for more to be scheduled. I also need to set up my design page on Ravelry. Design a sock for the Fingerless Glove Fanatics Sock Group on Ravelry. (and I have a few other design ideas percolating)
I don't want to get too carried away with a list, lol. So I'll stop there. Do you have any knitting plans for the New Year?

Ack -- finish wips?! You're right, you're right, I know you're right ;).
And you certainly are a master knitter, Missy!
Look forward to seeing what comes off your needles in the coming year.
Blessings,
G
Mmmmm...Let me see...do I have any WIP's to FINISH!!! Well, Yeah!!! Starting with the Wednesday Sweater...It's all laid out and ready for Wednesday...I've no clue where I am or how to restart!
Then I think I'll just encourage and promote YOU for the TGKA Master Knitter Program...I'm not a candidate as I'm still sufferering from SSS and probably have it embeded in my DNA by now, so I couldn't pass the Physical for TGKA!
Good luck with your goals! I bet you will reach them all. :-) I don't have any big resolutions planned. I guess I'll just keep trying to do better than I've done in the past.
Good luck with your plans. We share at least two...socks and sweaters. You seem like a prolific knitter, so I'm sure you'll reach your goals with flying colors. Or is that colorways?..
I like the TGKA idea. My daughter-in-law started. It sounds fascinating. I hope you'll share your progress with us.
Good luck on your plans for the new year! I'd love to become more comfortable with socks (especially finishing that second one). Completing my son's afghan (started several years ago) will be my biggest goal for 2011 . . . . But first I have to live through January's crazy cross-stitch challenge. :-)
