Seduce: to win over; attract

Yarn seduces me with her siren call. "Pick me! Pick me!" I am hopelessly enchanted by yarn and am delighted by the endless choices.

Sweater Challenge week ?

I know, I know, it's been a while since I mentioned my sweater. So far I've skipped a few weeks and knitted other higher priority stuff. I don't even know what week # it should be numbered.

So all that priority stuff is done and now there is no excuse.  Except... it still looks the same
... I have been working on it... honest I have... and it now measure 8"!!! ... and I need to knit 6" more before starting the armholes  :sigh:

I may have to knit on this sweater more than once a week. It takes 20 minutes to knit 2 rows!!!! I've only managed to get 6 rows done each week. At this rate, I may not have it done by fall!

So, the Wed Knit Group worked on our sweaters yesterday. Yep, we did. Check out SuKnitWitty's blog for more proof of sweater knitting.  There's now a cup sweater in the works (the teapot sweater has been set aside), a baby sweater (instead of the yellow sweater with square sleeves needing to go into a round hole), and a pie shawl sweater.

So I'll still plug away on the same ole' sweater (and just work on scarves and such (socks, needlepoint, swatches) in between Wednesdays.

It looks great to me! I don't know how you keep everything straight when you work on so many projects at the same time.

Your sweater is looking beautiful. I can see why it would be slow going with all that cabling and action going on, but slow and steady wins the race. :) It's a gorgeous process!
