It rained all weekend so I managed to get quite a bit of knitting done. We needed rain especially since it is a rare occurence here for this time of year.
I mostly worked on the Hearts of Plenty sock hoping to get further along so there would be more of it to see. I am still very pleased with the pattern and the look.
And of course the yarn is so yummy to work with I have already scoped out the next flavor (color) of Sleeping Dragon Wooly Bamboo. I love the color Zen.
I did get to work a little bit on the Undulating Waves Scarf but ran out of beads and had to thread some more.
I didn't realize just how long it takes to string 454 beads! So while watching baseball, I strung beads.
I am enjoy this pattern also but definitly have to pay attention to what I'm doing so the beads will lay correctly. I am about 1/3 of the way done.
It did rain most of yesterday but I had a few errands to do and then got involved in finishing a book. So today is sock knitting day! (besides, there are more dark clouds out there and a 30% chance of more rain).

yes, but it takes me all morning to get one little blog done!
sometimes when I add a picture it screws up the rest of the blog and it takes me time to fix it back to how I had it.
