I've been asked "what are your new year's resolutions?" Well, I usually don't make note of any. I try every year to be the best I can and live by the "Golden Rule." And even though I am such a list maker, I don't make a list of resolutions.
But since I was asked, this year I thought I might list a few resolutions (goals):
1. Exercise more.
I had been walking everyday but have slacked off. So I will get back to walking everyday.
2. Lose weight.
Hopefully by walking more, I'll lose weight. We have been eating less, cut out processed foods, and watching our carbs but I guess it is the lack of exercise that is missing.
3. Start Christmas gift knitting earlier.
I have a list of gifts to make and will start now rather than wait until Nov. : ) And I plan on knitting myself a sweater this year.
I hope everyone will have a good and prosperous year! Welcome to 2009!

I have also resolved to start holiday gifts early this year -- I've got 1 done already & one more halfway done!
I'm trying to walk every day, too. The iPod helps! And the 50 degree weather we've had the last two days. :)
Those are some great goals. I didn't even put the lose weight on mine, but I'm doing that too.
Hope you have a wonderful new year!!
Putting your health first, what a great resolution! I've resolved to clear out the lingering college junk taking up space in my mom's garage ... eventually :-)
I'm trying to start my Christmas knitting early too, I already have a scarf on the needles. Let's just hope this doesn't fizzle out in few months.
Cutting out processed foods is a good one. I think I eat more of that now than before DD was born.
I posted my 2009 goals here
If I were to make resolutions, it's likely that I would have the same ones! Only, I'd add "knit more" to them. That's the main one.
