Seduce: to win over; attract

Yarn seduces me with her siren call. "Pick me! Pick me!" I am hopelessly enchanted by yarn and am delighted by the endless choices.

The Sweater Challenge week 5

This weeks SweaterCapade was a challenge! a snowy, cold challenge...

yep, we still have snow and ice on the ground. AND we had snow flurries!! (I know, I know, most the states have had LOTS of snow already but we only get it once a year)

It was way too cold to be outside. So we all stayed home and met virtually for our Wed. Knit Group.

I built a fire and sat in my chair to work on my sweater.

I managed to knit 10 rows on the back of my sweater (doesn't seem like much but trust me, it's a few hours worth of work)

SuKnitWitty is still trying to fit her round sleeve into the square hole.

The Yarn Sleuth frogged her tea cozy sweater after discovering a couple errors. (she decided to do some swatches to try out steeking) And she has now been sidetracked by fingerless mitts (yep, my fault, lol)

And our fourth member, well, she has us all beat. I think she has the back to her sweater almost done!

Don't forget to stop by SuKnitWitty's blog and link your project to virtually join our Wed. Knit Group.

You are off to a great start with your sweater. It looks nice. I like that pattern. You need to hurry and finish it so you'll be able to wear it when it gets cold outside! :-)

Wow...your sweater is growing! I do love the color and the cables look soooooo perfect...as I'm sure they are. Now get back in the house!

I can't believe it STILL icy, snowy and soooo cold! I see you kicked a hole in the air to get outside! LOL!!

Those cables look fabulous. What I really like about the sweater is that the two large cables are mirrored. All the extra effort will be worth it!

Gorgeous -- love those cables! I'm almost done with my Hourglass, but it looks so big ;O?
We got snow last night -- about 6 inches. I love it!!!
Warm blessings to you,
GG

Your sweater is looking beautiful! I know how time consuming those pretty cables can be. I enjoy following your progress!

Enjoy your snow!
