The hat looks really soft. The pink gives the light gray a certain spark. It almost looks like the light gray has flecks of pink. This will be a lovely set.
My grandmother taught me embroidery when I was eight. When I was ten, she taught me to crochet. I learned to knit (not well) in junior high. In the 70's, needlepoint became my next art. It was while living in Italy, my English friend started me knitting again. Knitting has been my passion ever since.

Love it!! I fell for gray last year and it's threatening to replace brown as my go-to neutral.
Very cute!
Love the colors you're using. The hat and mitts will make a very nice set. I wish I was better at seaming.
Beautiful colors! What a pretty set it will be with the mitts.
awwww, it will be just as awesome. I love a matching hat and fingerless. I've yet to knit both in the same yarn...must do!
It's so pretty! I like the pink and gray together. :-)
Cute! I love pink and gray together ;).

I love the pink and gray together too! I've never knit fingerless mitts flat and then seamed up. I'd like to try that!
Oooohh...prety. Looks soft, too.
I love the silvery-greys, Susan. So pretty. Gotta go look at the fingerless gloves you made :)
