Does it count as a wip...
...if you frog it?
(it is still destined to become a baby blanket)
I had started out on the knitting machine but ended up dropping about 40 sts!!!! so I carefully picked up the stitches and put them on a US9. Then I noticed the uneven stitches. :rip it, rip it: I hear the frogs.

Too bad, so sad! I think it looked beautiful and I'd bet those uneven stitches would have "come out in the wash." Anyway, I think it definitely counts as a WIP because I know you are going to start it again. Right?
Yep, I'll be starting it again.
I think it counts too. It's not done yet, so it is still in progress. :)
Sorry you had to rip it out and start over.
I would call it a WIP with good intentions. You will start it again, I'm sure.
the colors are subtle and pretty. Perfect for a baby.
Yup, it counts as a wip, then you had to take it down that's all. The yarn is really pretty.
It's a "W" which is "IP". Of course it counts!
:)
it counts, I just know it.
